Fiback Weld Backing Tape is an adhesive tape with a woven fiberglass strip centrally applied.  This creates a weld pool enclosure and reduces the need for back purging.  Fiback tape is flexible and simple to apply and remove and creates a result which requires minimal weld clean up. Fiback is suitable for multiple weld processes including SMAW (stick), TIG and MIG Welding Processes.
