1. Payment

Q. Are my credit card details safe?

A. Yes, Your payment details have the security offered by Paystation, a fully PCI DSS compliant certified Solutions Provider.

Q. What Credit Cards can I use?

A. The Paystation gateway offers the use of Visa or Mastercard credit cards

Q. Can I be invoiced rather than use my credit card?

A. If we issue an invoice for payment via bank transfer, we expect payment on or before the terms stated. We offer exceptional service and we expect clients to meet their obligations.

2. Warranty

Q. What warranties do your products have?

A. Products are covered with a 12 month manufacturers warranty.  This lets you buy with confidence and peace of mind.

Q. How do I claim a warranty?

A. In situations where a manufacturing defect or part failure is observed within the 12 month warranty period, we require relevant serial numbers and photo or physical evidence. We will raise the warranty with the manufacturer and supply the replacement parts as necessary. We do not cover freight costs on service returns or an costs incurred by the customer as a result of the failure. Warranty situations are given utmost priority by our service team and we evaluate on a case by case basis how we can get you equipment serviceable as soon as possible and get a satisfactory outcome for both parties. The long term client relationship is our focus and this is reflected in our machine support.

3. Delivery

Q. What are the delivery charges within New Zealand?

A. Delivery charges depend on the goods purchased. Shipping costs are calculated based on the most cost effective delivery solution available.

Q. What are the delivery charges for International Shipments?

A. Overseas orders have a freight charge by DHL Express applied at the shopping cart and this is the total cost to deliver to your address. This charge does not include customs or tax charges outside NZ if applicable. DHL will contact you directly for payment of any duties/taxes at your border.

Q. How is it delivered within New Zealand?

A. Post Haste Couriers are used. Small shipments sent in overnight express packs and boxed shipments may take 2-3 days. Tracking details will be sent automatically to your email address. Large pallestised orders are shipped using Mainstream Freight. We will contact you if we have any questions about your shipping preferences.

Q. How is it delivered overseas?

A. We use DHL Express for international shipments. They are global leaders in worldwide courier services. If you would prefer to use your global forwarder or express agent for delivery please email us  with the details. We can ship with TNT, Fedex, UPS etc

4. Returns & Refunds

Q. Can I return the product?

A. If any item is not required it can be returned for a refund within 14 days.  The item must not have used damaged or used, and it must be in its original packaging. Contact info@orbitaltools.co.nz as soon as possible so that we can send you paperwork to include with the item so that it can be identified on its return. Depending on the product we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Return freight is at your cost but we can assist with return courier labels if required. Refunds will be returned in the method the transaction was initially made.
