The BRB 4 boiler tube beveling machine by Orbitalum is a handheld end prep beveler designed to produce highly repeatable weld preps, and is ideal for the continuous production needs of the fabrication industry, particularly with optional Pneumatic Auto Clamping. Its capable of simultaneous facing, beveling and counterboring tube and pipes (including high alloy steel) from .752” (19mm) up to 4.37” (111mm) I.D. and a .59” (15mm) wall thickness (depending on configuration). Available in Electric, Pneumatic and Pneumatic Auto Clamping models with standard or NC style clamping.
